Angel bride Raquel 🤎

My signature glowy cheeks and soft winged liner ✨ Even though we ended up doing something slightly more glam on the wedding day, I have a feeling this is going to be a highly requested look for my softer glam girlies 👀

A simple mindset shift that can transform your relationship with food 🌱✨

Forget the “good” vs “bad” food mindset. Instead, start thinking about nutrient density💛

@radiquel, our in-house Clinical Nutritionist, Raquel (BSc), is always reminding us that healthy eating isn’t about perfection. It’s about finding a balanced approach that you can enjoy and sustain.

🥗 Some foods are rich in nutrients that nourish your body, support your health, and keep you feeling energised.

🍫 Other foods bring enjoyment, comfort, and connection.

The goal isn’t to choose one over the other. It’s finding a balance that includes both🥰

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be restrictive. When you move away from guilt and judgement, you’re more likely to build sustainable habits that last.

Food is both nourishment and enjoyment, and there’s room for both on your plate🩷

If all the nutrition advice online has you second-guessing everything, you’re not alone. We’re here to help simplify the noise.

Our in-house Clinical Nutritionist, @radiquel, is always reminding us that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated🥦💛

One of her favourite tips? Find simple ways to add more vegetables to the meals you’re already making.

Whether it’s stirring veggies through pasta sauces, blending them into smoothies, baking them into muffins, or adding them to soups, those small additions can make a big difference over time.

That’s exactly why we created @nutriv_au 100% Veggie Powders. Made from real Australian vegetables, they’re an easy way to boost the veggie content of everyday meals, with no chopping or prep required.

As Raquel always says, healthy eating isn’t about perfection. It’s about building realistic habits that you can stick to, and every extra serve of vegetables counts💚

5 things our in-house Clinical Nutritionist, @radiquel, would focus on to improve eating habits ✨

When it comes to healthy eating, it’s easy to get caught up in the latest trends, rules, and quick fixes.

But according to Raquel, improving your eating habits doesn’t have to be restrictive or overwhelming. In fact, small, simple changes to what you’re already doing are often the most sustainable.

Her top tips:
🧡 Let go of rigid food rules
🧡 Prioritise balance and variety
🧡 Plan ahead, but stay flexible
🧡 Focus on what you can add rather than what you need to remove
🧡 Tune into your hunger and fullness cues

Healthy eating isn’t about perfection, it’s about creating habits that support your health, fit your lifestyle, and can be maintained long term.

Which of these tips resonates with you most?👇💚

If all the nutrition advice online has you second guessing everything… we get it. We’re here to help simplify the noise. Let us introduce ourselves 🥰
