On 4th October at @rolldeepacademy, 12 grapplers are taking on a big challenge.

12 hours of grappling to raise funds for @adhduk.co.uk , a charity supporting individuals with ADHD and campaigning for sociopolitical change.

We’ve set a target of 1000 rounds to be completed over the duration of the day, and we need your help! The academy will be running this event as an open mat from 9AM until 9PM and we need as many people to join us as possible.

All we ask is a minimum £5 donation either ahead of time or on the day. You can donate via the link in the bio (please leave your name if you do this) or via a QR code on the day.

Looking forward to seeing you all on the day for plenty of rounds, socialising and raising money for a great cause!

You are the only one stopping you. It is your bravery to face the uncomfortable rather than settle for comfort that will allow you to better yourself.

Do hard things to reach your true potential

5 years in the making. 🔥

What started as a crazy idea and a small, dedicated team has evolved into something truly special: super high-level Jiu-Jitsu, multiple IBJJF champions, and so many more milestones to come.

We are incredibly grateful for our amazing coaches who helped build the foundation of who we are today. From our kids’ programs to our adults, this journey wouldn’t be possible without the massive support from both inside and outside our community. To all the students who make everything possible and continue to trust our work to improve their lives on and off the mats—thank you.
Over the last 5 years, the sense of community built between parents, students, and kids has been nothing short of amazing. We could say so much more, but those who are here know, and those who have passed through know.

Here’s to half a decade, and we’re just getting started.#

Pictures from our kids' seminar from the weekend and a great day to see all these little kiddos level up and have fun on the mats. We couldn't be more proud of them. And as always, it is great to see our kids' team grow for another year and them growing with us.
