Trust Your Gut recap 🧠🌱 A few snapshots from an evening exploring the gut-mind connection.

Thank you to our incredible speakers, Dr. Krissy and Zoha, for breaking down the science and nutrition in such an engaging way. And thank you to everyone who came out, asked questions, and stayed for the yoga flow. It was a joy to lead you through movement that reminds us how connected body and mind really are. 🧘‍♀️

A big thank you to:
🎨 @rafph_creates our graphic designer, for the beautiful visuals and the promo leading up to the event.
🤍 @meg.flows for the beautiful sound bath
🎥 @sparkling.with.joy for capturing the energy
📸 @littlepotatofilms for the official photos
🤝 Tara from @getwellplayed
🫂 @yogalifewithcami for assisting with the event flow
AND of course all the attendees who showed up. 💚

💛 all of our sponsors, for making this possible.

This weeks recap in photos ✨✨

Favorite moments from #AdobeCreativeRetreat in Toronto hosted by @taras.community / @meganelisabethreinhardt - SUCH a wonderful time and so honored to be invited to review portfolios. Would do it again in a blink of an eye ✨

And SUCH a wonderful time hanging out in person with my friends @katrinatorrijos @longodesigns @fugstrator @tnva.ca @daniellelabontedesigns @kesa_design @adam_theillustrator @gust_of_wind_studio @raphmakesart

Dreaming about all the good things ✨💜
