woke up from a very very vivid dream where I got to hold my dog again and telepathy tapes has me believing it was actually him… maybe he came to visit me. I’ve been crying on and off all day about it. I know loss is something I will continue to learn and know with more familiarity. but I think it’s so funny how bouts of tears this many years later will come in the middle of days when I also laughed. and fear and worry pop in and out of a day that has peace and joy. that’s all. 🩵
