"This was my second MT Sobek trip and my first time to Norway. Every aspect of the trip felt as if we were woven into their culture, rather than tourists. We were welcomed and cared for at every turn. Our guide is passionate about her homeland, oozing with interesting facts and finding hidden treasures. The hiking was moderately challenging, and we saw very few other people along the trails. The hotels were reflective of their culture, charming, quaint and ideally located. Each meal was delectable, multiple courses, scrumptious breakfasts, are a signature of MT Sobek Mountain Travel." - Shelley F., MT Sobek Guest ☆☆☆☆☆

"Prepare yourself to fall in love with Norway! This trip is a wonderful introduction to a drop dead gorgeous country. Our guide was amazing, the itinerary enabled us to see a lot of Norway and the hikes were breathtaking. I would highly recommend." - Sheila H., MT Sobek Guest ☆☆☆☆☆

Thanks to Ragni (IG handle: @ragniko) and our Norway expert guiding team for taking these photos from our Norway Mountains & Fjords Multi-Adventure! 📸

Trollstigen has been treating us well the last couple of weeks. Cold snow, skis from the car and amazing runs.
Perhaps we got the best skiing of the season at the very end?
Book next years spring skiing adventure already now! This is the place!

A spotlight on our fearless queen of the mountains! Our noble leader and mountain guide @ragniko ❤️

You kept us safe (always), herded us when we went astray (often) 🐈, managed our time impeccably (a real test), predicted weather windows (perfection) and empowered us in every possible way!

When we asked for a female guide to join our all girl crew, it was not surprising to hear that options were limited in a field that is predominantly dominated by males. We knew we had hit the jackpot when Ragni was all about ensuring enough time in the morning for a strong coffee (emphasis on strong with a portable milk frother no less) and presents us not only a plan A & B, but also a C & D - she got us, she knew how to adventure and she knew coffee!

Ragni, thank you for being our beacon in the mountains, your calmness, your encouragement and your snow finding radar are things we could not have been without!

To spend a week in the outdoors is already something to be immensely grateful for, but doing it with someone who can lead us, teach us and inspire us like you did was EVEN BETTER! We are so thankful that we got to do this trip with you! Legend alert!!!! 🚨 ❤️ 😍

Something a bit different for this weeks waffle! Our girl Nomad Vet got some IRL quality time with our epic local guide Ragni who will be with us for our Norway voyage and adventure 🇳🇴🫶❤️ With just under 5 weeks to go, Em sat down for a kaffe and asked some of the most important questions!!!

The rest of us can’t wait to meet @ragniko 🙏 The excitement is starting to feel real and fizz levels are HIGH 🥳

This is me fooling around in some serious terrain.
Most people would be scared AF here.

But the truth is that making and posting this
is much more out of my comfort zone.

Honestly, I am so uncomfortable putting myself out here.
But I know that the things we fear the most
are what moves us forward — if we face them.

So this is a reminder, for myself and for you,
to normalize not knowing what’s coming
and keep dancing anyway. ✨🤸‍♀️

Let’s face our fears together.

What have you done to push yourself out of your comfort zone lately?
Let’s share and support each other in the comments.
