Women’s History Month unfolded as a beautiful tapestry of celebration, connection and meaningful collaborations.

Around every table, conversations flowed and congratulations were shared… each moment was nothing short of inspiring and truly remarkable. Beyond our differences, we stood gracefully as one, a powerful and united front.

Here’s to every woman… showing up, owning her space and excelling with quiet brilliance and undeniable strength. 🥂

In celebration of international women’s month, we had the privilege of welcoming women from across the agriculture, food and beverage industry to the Àtijẹ Dining room.

It was a true joy to share meals rooted in Nigerian cuisine and culture- from the Abacha salad, to the bambara hummus, zobo shot and the fonio pudding.

The conversations, the vulnerability, the connection.

Thank you for dining with us!

Many thanks to @ijeworks @avrilcreate @edenfarmsng @thegrocerylady

HELD began with a simple idea.

That in the midst of motherhood, the beauty, the learning, the overwhelm, the joy, women still need spaces where they can show up as themselves.

Not as the version of motherhood the world expects.
Just as they are.

The First Table was our first gathering.

A room of first-time mums, honest conversation, shared experiences, and the quiet comfort of being around women who understand this season of life.

It was gentle.
It was open.
And it reminded me why spaces like this matter.

This page will be where we continue that conversation.

Welcome to HELD.

78% of Africa’s hospitality industry runs on her.

This #IWD2026, we honour every woman who has fed, built, and nurtured our food culture; often without recognition, always with intention.

From the market to the kitchen to the table, she is the backbone of it all.

Give to gain. Invest in her. 🤎

Exactly one week ago, we gathered 20 female founders around a table to break bread…

Sundown with AFFC, our 1st Conn3ct event/ circle dinner, marked the first unveiling of what will become the AFFC Founders Circle, launching as we kick off 2026.
It was a night of real connections and honest conversations about what it actually takes to build scalable enterprises in Nigeria.

The room brought together founders across agritech & food production, fashion & beauty, healthcare, hospitality, femtech, event tech & SaaS, logistics, sports, and media — collectively operating in industries worth billions of dollars across Nigeria and Africa.

From an unfiltered Founder Spotlight with Tomi Majekodunmi on Bankly’s journey from setup to exit, to a much-needed conversation on navigating Nigeria’s evolving tax landscape, the night reminded us why founders need rooms designed for them — not at them.

If you weren’t in the room, you’ll want to be in the next one

Thank you for the partnership @atijeexperience
