🥀 RECLAIMING SENSUALITY 🥀

Let’s get sensual. 🔥

This is an invitation to move, feel, explore.
To get curious about the parts of us that want to be felt, expressed, awakened.

The softness. The fire. The pleasure. The wildness. The playfulness.

The parts of us that want to let go, and the parts that want to take up space.

No choreography. No right or wrong. No need to look a certain way.

Just us, our bodies, the music, and the freedom to explore.

Come as you are. Let’s see what unfolds. ❤️‍🔥

We are designed to function bottom up:
Sense
Feel
Think
And our brain functions accordingly.
Meaning that, in a situation where there is a lack of coherence between your mind, heart and body, your nervous system doesn’t believe your words — it believes your body.

So whenever there’s a mismatch between someone’s words and their body language, the nervous system will go with the body for these main reasons:
✨Words come from the cognitive layer (frontal cortex) of our brain.
✨Body language comes from the deeper, instinctive layers of the nervous system (limbic and brainstem)
Since our survival depends on picking up the most reliable information, the nervous system prioritizes somatic signals.

This is why people often feel confused, drained, or anxious when they’re around someone whose words don’t match their body. The incoherence creates a subtle but very real stress response.
Unfortunately, we learn to recognise this more in others than in ourselves.
An embodiment coach can guide you to notice the subtle ways your body is speaking even when your mind is quieting it.
With guidance, you start recognizing patterns of incoherence, reclaiming your body’s truth, and aligning your words, emotions, and nervous system.

And with music, movement and breath, these shifts can happen in a playful and joyful way.
Join any of @raindrop_movement classes to explore what coherence in your body feels like.
With fierce love,
N.

Not sure yet if this retreat is for you?

That’s completely okay. 😊

Some questions are better asked out loud than answered in a social media post.
Book a call with us.

No pressure, no sales pitch. Just space to ask what you actually want to know: about the practices, the group, the land, or anything else on your mind.

We want this to be a full-body yes for everyone who joins us. 🤍

We’ve watched it happen more times than we can count, and it still moves us every time.

Women arrive not knowing a single name in the room. Careful. Polite. Unsure where to sit, unsure how much of themselves to bring...

And by the end, something has shifted that’s hard to put into words.

The masks come down.
The performing stops.
What’s left is just... real.

Women who see each other, fully.
Maybe for the first time in a long time. ✨

A shift has happened.
Last week I was a part of big training on trauma. There was around 80 of us. All well established practitioners, therapists, body workers. All there to deepen our understanding for the sake of serving our clients better.
At the end of day 4, we were all exhausted. The words were not coming. Tiredness turned into brain fog and yet there was a nudge from the leaders to continue practicing.
Until our group expressed how we felt clearly.
The space to feel what’s needed in the field was created and much of what was shared was:
I am tired but I can push through
I am exhausted but I don’t want to miss out this learning opportunity
I am wiped but I am happy to go with the flow for the sake of the group…

When my turn came I simply said: I can see myself in all of you, I can recognize the eager learner and good student in me and the pleasing team player in me. However, I have learned that the cost of over- extending my body’s boundaries is higher than missing one learning opportunity.

The energy in the space shifted and suddenly everyone started reorienting towards what was really felt and true in them.
The learning was still there. It was just different from what we expected…

And I saw myself so many times this week acting as the woman I dreamt of becoming:
Grounded and daring
Clear and expressed in my boundaries
Confident in my capacity
Curious and asking questions with no hesitation
Being inspired with those that would previously intimidate me
Connecting and withdrawing with ease…
Less interested in appearing a certain way and more interested in being ok with myself.

I could recognize all of my old patterns and chose differently.

I felt like the “she that was always there” but often hidden under armors of self protection…
They are no longer needed.
And that is so darn cool!

The work is working😂🥰✨
And if that’s not worthy of sharing, what is🙌
With fierce love,
N.

A live conversation on what it costs to live at your edge

You reach your edge and call it normal. What’s the price of living there?

Maybe it’s the body that won’t fully relax anymore. The mind that can’t stop even when nothing’s demanding it to. The low hum of “I’m fine” that’s been running so long you forgot it’s a performance.

We’re not going to answer that for you in a caption. That’s what this hour is for.

On September 16th at 19:00 CET, Nada and I are opening up a free, live session to talk honestly about what it actually costs to live at your edge for years, and what starts to shift when a woman gets real, guided space to come back into her body instead of just pushing through it.

This isn’t a pitch. It’s a conversation about what it looks like to reconnect with yourself somatically through breath, movement, and being witnessed by other women.

We’ll also share a bit about the Liberated Woman Retreat in Croatia this October, for anyone curious about what that path can look like in practice, but you don’t need to know anything about it to show up. There will be space to ask us anything you’re sitting with before October.

If pushing through has started to feel like the only option you have, come sit with us for an hour and see if this is the conversation you’ve been needing.

Date: September 16th, 2026
Time: 19:00 CET
Where: Live online; link sent after registration
Cost: Free

Link in bio to register. We’d love to have you there.
