Story of my transformation journey:

I’ve been in and out of the gym quite a bit, but I never really paid attention to my diet. Living abroad made it even harder to track my macros or stay consistent with my nutrition. I’ve known Geo for over a decade so I’ve seen firsthand how much he knows about fitness and how seriously he takes what he does. That made training under Geo an easy decision. He kept me motivated and accountable every step of the way, and because communicating with him was always easy and comfortable, staying consistent and working towards my goals became much easier.

Story of my transformation journey:

I came to Coach Vaibhavi at a point where I felt like my lifestyle had gotten a bit out of hand and I was really struggling with discipline and consistency. I had been wanting to make a change for years, but I kept putting it off and gradually gaining weight. I started at 82 kg, and I’m now around 70.5 kg, which honestly feels like such a huge transformation for me. What I’ve loved most about working with Vaibhavi is that she always knew how to motivate me without making the process feel extreme or impossible. She helped me work with the foods I already enjoy and showed me how to balance my diet in a way that actually felt sustainable. I never felt like I had to completely change my life to make progress.
She became my go-to person for everything from workouts to food, and having that constant guidance made such a difference. My strength has improved, my clothes fit so much better, and most importantly, I feel confident again. I feel much more like a version of myself that I recognise and connect with. This was something I had been trying to start for such a long time, and having the right mentor and coach made it so much easier to finally stay consistent and keep going. Vaibhavi really helped turn something that felt impossible into something achievable, and I’m incredibly grateful for all her support throughout the journey. I genuinely can’t recommend Coach Vaibhavi enough. She has helped me achieve something I had been trying to do for years, and I’ll definitely be continuing another cycle with her. I’m excited to keep building on the progress I’ve made with her guidance
