I have some phenomenal men in my life and not only them but to all men, I have a message for you.

This month, and every month, I want to take a moment to recognize you. Your feelings, emotions, and experiences matter. You are worthy of love, respect, and the opportunity to share what’s on your mind and heart.

I want to sincerely apologize for any time you felt that your vulnerability was not welcomed or that your struggles went unnoticed. It’s okay to be open and transparent about what you’re going through—I say this from my heart….this is a safe space for you.

I encourage you to prioritize your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Take time for yourself; rejuvenate and reflect. Remember, by taking care of yourself, you not only become stronger for yourself but also for your family and those who depend on you.

You are not alone in this journey. Let’s break the stigma together and support one another—today and every day.

🎓 I think the task of trying to summarize this tranformative week with @harvard @americanrep Arts & Cultural Organization Management Fellowship (ACOM) has felt so impossible- I’m like a month late in posting this.

But I want to say… I am so grateful for this opportunity to learn so much, in community - to be a part of this 2026 Cohort - to be amongst a group of peers I admire immensely - to be inspired and to feel so seen. I love these humans and do not take for granted this unforgettable time in my life.

Thank you so much to Dayron, Maddie, Leah, everyone at Ubuntu @ubunturesearch and all of the incredible guest speakers & instructors that created and tended to this week of discovery, community & learning!

What. A. Year. 🤍
As always, spent most of it in a dance studio. 💃

Started the school year completing my Masters degree 🤯 (official graduation to come) at @royalacademyofdance
Finished the school year with the incredible news that I’ll be returning to @bostonconservatory as full-time faculty this fall!

While I will miss my Emerson students so much, I am feeling deeply thankful and incredibly excited to step into this new role.

Thank you to everyone who supported me, encouraged me, and helped to make this possible. I couldn’t have done it without you.
