A rare opportunity in Pine Brook!

Set on 3 beautiful acres, this former farm offers exceptional privacy, rich history, and endless potential. Preserve the character of the existing home, explore new construction, or investigate possible subdivision opportunities—subject to municipal and governmental approvals.

Tucked well back from the road, this peaceful Montville Township property is the kind of setting that’s becoming increasingly hard to find.

Closing day is here for our wonderful first-time homebuyers, Mia and Dan! 🏡🔑

This one is especially meaningful because Dan’s parents—past clients of ours—referred this amazing couple to us. We’re truly grateful for their trust and honored to help another generation of the family find a place to call home.

Congratulations, Mia and Dan, on your beautiful new home—and on your upcoming wedding in February! What an exciting time. We couldn’t be happier for you both! 🥂❤️

Broker open houses aren’t just a fun way to spend a Wednesday.

Knowing the inventory, especially right here in our own town, is an important part of what we do.

Yes, we see the listing alerts. We study the photos, pricing and property details. But there’s no substitute for actually walking through a home.

Seeing it in person gives us a much better sense of the layout, condition, location and overall feel. And very often, while we’re walking through, a buyer immediately comes to mind.

The more homes we see, the better we know the market. And that helps us advise both our buyers and our sellers.

Today: touring, previewing and keeping up with what’s hitting the market in Montville. 🏡

🏡 JUST SOLD🏡
📍 4 Le Mans Pl, Montville Twp

We were honored to represent the sellers of this beautiful colonial! They knew they needed local experts who truly understand this market, and our team of local agents was the perfect fit. They chose us for our marketing and team approach — knowing someone would always be there, every step of the way. 🙌

Our wonderful clients took pride in their home, from power washing to professional staging, and it showed. We took just as much pride in listing and selling it — and it’s no surprise we received multiple offers and a sold price that made them very happy! 💰

Congratulations and thank you for trusting our team. We work hard every day to make sure our clients feel valued and appreciated. 🥂
