Need a snack for game day or your next study break? Meet the latest Fresh 15 recipe from Student Ambassador Micah! As a vegetarian, Micah loves sharing easy, flavorful meat-free recipes that fit into busy student life. This chickpea and feta dip is perfect for sharing or adding to your favorite bowl. Here’s the recipe: Chickpea & Baked Feta Dip Ingredients 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1 cup cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp fresh oregano (or 1½ tsp dried oregano) 1½ tsp honey Lemon strips 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 4 oz feta cheese, cut into 2 thinner blocks Fresh basil Directions Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Add chickpeas and cherry tomatoes to a baking dish. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and honey, then add the lemon strips. Place the feta blocks in the dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the tomatoes soften and the feta is warm and golden. Top with fresh basil and mix or mash slightly to bring everything together. Serve warm with pita, crackers, or fresh veggies — or spoon it over your favorite grain bowl! Save this recipe for your next study break! #Fresh15 #StudentAmbassador #CollegeEats #EasyRecipes #VegetarianRecipes

Hydration doesn’t have to be boring 💧🍋🥒🌿 Fresh 15 Student Ambassador @manalipatel.14 shows us one of the easiest ways to make water taste better: add fresh cucumber, lemon and mint. Cucumber adds extra hydration and antioxidants, lemon gives you a little vitamin C, and mint adds fresh flavor that can make plain water a lot more appealing. And here’s something to remember: sometimes what feels like hunger may actually be thirst. Before automatically reaching for a snack, drink a glass of water and give it a few minutes. A good daily goal? Aim for about half your body weight in ounces of water each day, adjusting for activity, heat and what your body needs. Simple habits add up. Keep a pitcher in the fridge and make hydration something you actually look forward to. #Fresh15 #HealthyHabits #Hydration #InfusedWater #TeenWellness HealthyLifestyle
