Watching these two beautiful brothers experience the beach for the very first time was both heartwarming and heartbreaking. 🥹🌊 Rescued from the shelter as puppies, Parker and Enzo have spent their ENTIRE lives in boarding. After being abandoned by their rescue, they’re now 4 years old and have NEVER experienced the love and comfort of a real home. 💔 Despite everything, these boys are absolutely WONDERFUL dogs! 🐾 Bonded brothers who MUST stay together 🐾 4 years old, neutered & house trained 🐾 Great with dogs and kids 🐾 Wonderful on leash 🐾 Gentle, affectionate & playful A handful of dedicated volunteers have been doing everything they can to give these boys the life they deserve. Update: Euthanized 💔. — MEDICAL ALERT 🔔 Athena needs rescue commitment BY WEDNESDAY 10/21 at 4pm Athena is a sweet, affectionate 5-year-old girl at East Valley who urgently needs medical care 💔 She has a 4.5 cm mass on her left thigh, with cytology concerning for a malignant mast cell tumor. She needs staging to check for cancer spread, followed by surgical removal and biopsy. Her prognosis remains uncertain. Despite her medical concerns, Athena doesn’t let that stop her from experiencing the basic joys of being a happy loving dog. She adores belly rubs, is easy to handle, and has been nonreactive to other dogs 🥺. 🆘 Athena needs a rescue to pull her by 10/21 at 4 PM and arrange the diagnostics and surgery that the shelter cannot provide. Tito ID #A2247928 is begging for someone to come get him out of East Valley Shelter.😔😔😔He's only a little baby at 1 years old and 71 pounds. Tito had a family who sadly couldn't keep him but had nothing but good things to say about him. He's high energy, dog and kid friendly. I met Tito last month and instantly fell in love with him. MEDICAL ISSUES: 1) Cachexia/ generalized muscle wasting (BCS 3/9) 2) Severe chronic end stage otitis externa AU 3) Poor muscle mass in both hind limbs - suspect OA +/- referred spinal pain vs other 4) Senior pet 5) Overgrown nails Pt needs TECABO procedure to salvage both ears as both are severe, chronic and painful. Also needs diagnostics to work up pt for underweight status and poor muscle mass in hind limbs. Can Lulu be your lap dog?! Lulu is our sweet little medical warrior 💛. He was found as a stray with an array of medical issues landing him on the euthanasia list. But despite everything, he remains the sweetest, most affectionate little boy! After extensive testing- various bloodwork, exams, and ultrasound- veterinarians suspect portosystemic shunting and inflammatory enteropathy, contributing to significant protein loss. Thankfully, both conditions may be medically managed! Lulu will likely need lifelong medication, a specialized diet, and routine bloodwork. He’s quite spry and very playful! He also needs dental work and neutering, but both are on hold until his bloodwork stabilizes enough for anesthesia. A little more about Lulu! 🥰 🐾 TOTAL CUDDLE BUG 🐾 Spry, happy, and full of personality! 🐾 Gets along wonderfully with other dogs! 🐾 Still working on house-training Lulu may have special medical needs, but he has SO much love left to give. ❤️ We’re looking for a loving home where he can spend his remaining years safe, cherished, and surrounded by love.
