Before am going down to france to cook my brain in an holiday confit, it was necessary to post the review of the day 2 of #ranglerock2026
I was going there quite early with family and stuff . So we could have a small look at @valkyrienallstars with the kiddos. But after a few solos of fiddle the said kiddo had enough of folkedans so we went away to @enigma.bryne before finally play some rekkids at @mellombels
A big intro. Before we went to the festival for good. Missing isbit, but straight into the warm Swedish dialekt and the bass and drum duo of midsommar hvelvet of @mikkelrevband and it was seriously mad. Upbeat , percussiv. Something between silver apples and francois beranger.
After a small shitchat under the betong , the next show is @handgemeng that seems that is a band that rokk really hard. Type : #ingenfestutenskinnvest but with more hard rokk in the monitor.
I had to eat some stuff and I tried the farsa of the year which again seems to be the best way out of gladmat, without saying that it is particularly excellent. I ended up farting a lot after so much grease.
Next one is @sofio.202 which was born ready to be a rock star. Investment of the audience, humor, and seriously good singer. Your dear redactor could complain that the sound landscape was a bit to much loungy but hey , everyone now that if there is no farfisa on the organ board and fuzz pedal I will complain. Sofi o was like a crazy barnehage teacher that had all of us small children at her hand. Mad.
Last band for me and my comparse was @nonne.band that close the oslo invasion. Actually the only band that i listened to, before coming in. Sort of even more lounge stuff like super classy Air in bokmål. I would love to see them with @nylenda one time.
After all that we went back to mellombells playing discutable records between Italy disco punk rokk soul, indie pop, top 50 drom the 80s and garasje råkk before driving back home.
@ranglerock is definitely a one of a kind festival, it's #honestcritique and i hope you have a nice summer.

“Ambassadeurs du cool” 🇫🇷🇩🇰🇳🇴 this weekend was absolute madness! Hellvis almost cut his whole finger off 20 minutes before our biggest show to date at Copenhell 🔪Our plane flew into a lightning storm ⚡️and all our guitars got left behind in Denmark on our way to France—sacré bleu!! We’ve even been called fat and ugly! But we love every minute of it!(not the lightning storm tho, that shit was wack as hell)

Thank you! @copenhell @ranglerock @rockinbourlon
