Rania R.H published two books so far; Leaving Sherwood House and Leaving the Nest.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Teaching Diploma. Deeply committed to lifelong learning, Rania continues to expand her expertise in mindful parenting, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and child development. She believes that raising compassionate, emotionally healthy, and responsible future generations begins with supporting parents to become more mindful, connected, and intentional in the way they raise their children.

For more than two decades, Rania has worked with families from diverse cultural backgrounds through online and in-person coaching, courses, workshops, seminars, and speaking engagements. Her work reaches parents internationally, empowering them with practical, evidence-informed tools to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create calmer, more connected family lives.

Rania designs and facilitates transformative Mindful Parenting courses, parent circles, and workshops that combine scientific research with real-life experience, helping parents navigate every stage of childhood with confidence, presence, and compassion.

مش كل ولادك محتاجين منك نفس الطريقة في التربية.. 🤍
كل طفل له شخصيته، واحتياجاته، ولغة الحب اللي بيفهمها.. ومع كل تجربة، إحنا كمان بنتعلم وبنتغير وبنصبح أمهات مختلفات.

الأمومة مش إنك تعاملي كل ولادك بنفس الطريقة، لكن إنك تفهمي احتياجات ونفسية كل واحد فيهم.

إزاي نكون ممتنين لأهلنا، وفي نفس الوقت نختار إننا ما نكررش أساليبهم في تربيتنا لولادنا؟ 🤍

الوعي الحقيقي إننا نفهم إيه اللي أثر فينا، ونحتفظ بالحاجات الحلوة، ونتعلم نغيّر اللي مش عايزين نورثه، مش كل حاجة اتربينا عليها لازم نكررها، ومش كل المشاعر السلبية لازم نحاربها.. أحيانًا فهمها هو أول طريق التغيير.
