Building physical strength is powerful—but true wellbeing requires taking care of your mind too. 💪🏾🧠
Training can build endurance, discipline, and resilience, helping us handle life’s challenges. But if we ignore what’s happening mentally, those struggles can build beneath the surface until they eventually affect everything else.
You can be physically strong and still be mentally exhausted. That’s why looking after your mental health deserves the same commitment as looking after your body.
Train your body. Understand your mind. Take care of both. 🖤

Real brotherhood isn’t just about having people to celebrate with—it’s having people you can be honest with when life gets heavy.
When there’s no judgement and you realise you’re not the only one going through it, sharing the weight can make it feel a little lighter. The right friendships give you space to talk, be vulnerable, and know that someone has your back.
Men need friends they can laugh with, but they also need friends they can talk to. 🖤
Build the kind of brotherhood where nobody has to carry the load alone.

Coaches coaching coaches 👊🏽

The learning never stops 📚

It is always so humbling to be a beginner again. Even more so under the guidance of someone with way more knowledge & experience than you. Kettlebells have been a tricky one for me, so this was a true test of grit and patience.

Thank you for the lessons, coach @raph_bruv_meng !
Here's to getting better every day! 🔥

My shoulders were on fire for DAYS after this!!

🌟❤️🌟❤️DICCC energy !!!!!! Isn't that awesome everyone.🌟❤️🌟❤️

🌻🌻I actually started doing this just to take control back in my mind so my body would act constructively. I used the formula for my skin, my mind, for my daughters, for my husband, for our goals and our God-given purpose. 🌻🌻

💫💫I know this works because I believe.😇

🌱🌺🌱Try it fam, let me know in the comments what you think!! 🌱🌺🌱

✨️✨️✨️🌟🌟❤️This is how deep there agenda goes. Everything was by design. The population remaining sick on a daily basis was by design. They only benefit by our illness not by our health, Ive been screaming this to friends, family and colleagues for years. People thought I was a health nut but God did make our bodies divinely in His image and by His grace he anointed the earth with the herbs, flowers and seeds to cure all. 🌿🌸🌺🌸🌿
❤️❤️❤️🌟🌟✨️Lets stay healthy everyone for ourselves and each other. United and awakened we are unstoppable!!! #healthyhabits #vibrationalhealing #healingjourney #stayhealthy #godfirst❤️❤️❤️ #christconsciousness #theawakening

I thunk this is brilliant. I personally used sound therapy for my PTSD, whether it was in therapy or simply just trying to fall asleep. So I can just imagine thr amazing healing benefits from frequency healing for the babies and their mothers. Tesla was a big proponent of vibrational frequency healing and I makes my heart smile to see this happening. Yaaaa Healing!!!!#soundhealer #healingbowls #vibrationalhealing #nicolatesla
