Fun - age 57, Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 12:10 PM My friend @mfj20th and I have been working a lot more on body weight calisthenics and rock climbing skills so he sends me a lot of of these challenges to work on. I’m giving my body a break from all the heavy compound lifting I’ve been doing over the years, so new exercises like this are great for giving me the challenge and dopamine I’m looking for while giving the beat up and overused parts a chance to recover. Although I was nowhere as good as @lauradisme_ on this, I had fun with it and would like to thank her for posting this cool video. You’re up, Matt!
