☺️Friday training. Spreading Barcelona‘s routine from England to Germany.
@skatewithyazz it’s always a fun to skate with you 🤗
The roller dance community is the most friendly, everybody is teaching others, everybody is learning from others.
@raq_n_roller thank you for sharing a routine from @sk8lancs

100 followers, thank you to everyone who supports us and joins us for our weekly skate sessions. Let's keep building a great skate community in Lancaster and Morecambe!🩷

Skating as a great way of bringing people together to be social and to exercise. Skating is a low impact activity so it's fun and not too demanding on the body once you get to grips with it. There's always someone in the group who is willing to help you if you're a newbie or just feeling nervous about meeting everyone.

We do both trail skating and jam skating:
🛼 Trail skating involves skating along a designated path or track
🛼 Jam skating involves dancing on skates

All skaters from local areas and beyond are welcome to join us and share in the experience of sunset skates on the beach in Morecambe to riverside skating in Lancaster 😊
All abilities welcome and all wheels welcome.
