“Your own self-realization is the greatest service you can render the world.” — Sri Ramana Maharshi
Saying yes to yourself is where everything begins.
A week to step away from the familiar, reconnect with what matters, and make space for what unfolds when you truly turn inward.

So, who is Unveiling not for?

If you’re looking for a week of doing nothing, and simply switching off, this probably isn’t it.

There will be rest, there will be nature, good food, time to slow down and space to breathe. But there is also inner work, this retreat is an invitation to turn your attention inwards, to explore, to feel, and to meet yourself a little more honestly; It’s about being willing to look within.

What made you say yes to a retreat?
For some, it was simply the word retreat.
For others, the idea of stepping away from everyday life and having time for themselves.
They didn’t necessarily know exactly what they were signing up for. Their answers say it better than we could.

It wasn’t always what they expected, and they’re grateful it wasn’t. Because a retreat isn’t necessarily about doing what you already know. Sometimes, it’s about being open to what unfolds when you give yourself the space to slow down, feel, and explore.

Over time, we’ve started to notice who tends to feel at home in this space. Not in a defined way, but in patterns:

People who feel the need to slow down.
Who sense that something in their life is shifting, even if they can’t quite name it yet.
People who are curious about working through the body, not only through thinking.
Who are open to feeling things as they come, without needing to have everything figured out in advance.
Sometimes, they arrive without a clear intention.
Just with the feeling that something is off, and that’s enough.
There is no right way to arrive here, no level of experience required.
No need to know exactly what you’re looking for.
Someone once shared that they arrived in a moment just like that, without clarity, only a quiet inner knowing.
And through the process, they found something much more honest within themselves.

Maybe you recognise yourself in this. 🤍

This is what happens when you say YES.

Yes to yourself, yes to expansion, yes to remembering who you are.

Not sure if Unveiling is for you?
Maybe you’re new to Yoga, you haven’t practiced in years, or you’ve never experienced Soma Groove before.

We want to make it simple: you don’t need to be at a certain level or have previous experience. Come as you are. The practices meet you where you are.

In this reel, we answer some of the questions we hear most often before joining the retreat. 🤍
