🌟Tuesday Trainer Feature🌟
Meet @glenntheskier , a Lagree instructor who found Lagree when he was teaching Pilates in 2011. He put this passion project on hold until he could retire and give it his undivided attention. Glenn got certified in November 2025 at @peak45lagree in Salt Lake City.
After finishing teaching skiing over the winter, he returned to Orange County, CA and started teaching Lagree in April.
Glenn is currently teaching at @rarelagree @seafit_hb @luxelagreestudio and @cdmlagree
Learn more about Glenn below and leave some #lagreelove in the comments!

🌟What do you love most about Lagree?
I love the incredible intensity paired with the low impact which allows me to get the best workouts of my life 4-5 days/week. Plus, the variety and mental challenges in every class keep me addicted. It’s a great supplement to my skiing, biking, hiking, and volleyball activities.

🌟Favorite thing about teaching Lagree?
I love teaching. My mother thought I’d either be a professor or a priest. Haha. It’s my first “job” that rarely feels like a job. Health is wealth so I appreciate people who prioritize it and trust me to help them achieve their goals. I love the ability to create infinite routines that challenge clients physically and mentally and leave them wanting to come back.

🌟Fun fact about you?
I was on 2 TV shows: Blind Date and Millionaire Matchmaker. Also, I just got my first iPhone. Seriously.

🌟Favorite Lagree move?
We live in a sagittal world so I love to work the abductors ➡️ SKATING! A close second is any Bear 🐻

Thank you Glenn for inspiring us for & allowing us to feature you today!

One of my favorite parts about teaching Lagree isn’t just the workout, it’s the community 🥹🤍 I’ve met so many amazing people through teaching, and somehow clients turn into friends without even trying. There’s something so special about creating a space where we can challenge ourselves, laugh, shake, and genuinely enjoy being together. Moments like this remind me how much I truly love what I do 🫶🏼✨

Because I call Sebastien’s Tempo Lights, Torture Lights, I came up with a Soul Train Progression called the Torture Train.
You can do this progression just about anywhere on the mega provided there are straps for your feet.
For video purposes, I’m on the back on 1 super light spring.
Start with a Giant Super Crunch hold. Discuss arm placement and form and alignment.
Keeping the torso static, introduce the knees flexing and extending to move the carriage in and out.
Then, take one foot out from the strap and introduce the bicycle motion for each leg.
Finally, perform the Moving Giant Soul Train with oblique twist.
That should take about 3 minutes.

Then, take it to a Bear hold. Form and alignment, etc.
Ways to make it more or less intense for the Giant Bear:
Toes and hands further apart to start->spicy because you’re lengthening the springs and increasing the pulling tension towards the back. Similar concept on the front because there will be less tension providing less support.
Toes and hands closer together to start-> more accessible
**A lot of it will depend on the client’s height, too, as their range of motion may be limited based on foot and hand placement. In the Bear Hold, introduce moving one leg at a time in the bicycle motion. Repeat on the other leg.
Then, put it all together for the Bear Soul Train combo. Add an extended bear, etc.

Thoughts/comments? Did I miss anything? See you in Vegas!

Meet Isha, the passionate owner of Rare Lagree in Laguna Hills 🤍

Isha took her first Lagree class six years ago and never really stopped thinking about it. Fast forward: she opened her own studio in June 2025 💪 all while keeping her full-time job as a director of operations. She calls it her passion project. We call it impressive. ✨
