Coffee, conversations and inspiration ☕️💛

Our first Konnect & Grow with Rhona O’Donnell was a lovely beginning. Her career journey and thoughtful answers to our questions gave us encouragement for our own next steps.

Thank you, Rhona, and everyone who joined. Here’s to learning and growing together! ✨

Before this panel, my legs were shaking. I was thinking, “Why did I agree to this? I’m never doing it again!”

Then the conversation began. The fear was still there, but I listened. I stayed present. And when I had something to add, I spoke.

Now, I’m grateful I said yes. There’s plenty I want to improve before the next one. But today I’m letting myself be proud of this one.

Maybe courage isn’t feeling steady. Maybe it’s speaking while your legs are still shaking. 🤍

Have you ever had a moment where you were terrified on the inside but showed up anyway?

A special thank you to my sweet colleagues for capturing these moments—that’s why the photos are mostly of me speaking 🙈📸 My fellow panellists were brilliant, and I loved hearing their perspectives!

Sent my bestie my son’s crying Krishna Janmastami pictures because he just won’t cooperate😭

She took that chaos, added some magic ✨, and gave me THIS masterpiece! 😂💙

When your baby refuses to cooperate but your bestie + AI refuse to give up. 😅

Modern problems. Modern solutions. Modern-day besties. ❤️😂

Sunsets captured by @sanjay_shandilya over the years… and somewhere beneath these skies, I found romance, peace, happiness, colors and, most importantly, I found myself ❤️

ಅಜ್ಜಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಥೆಗಳು…

Those stories are imbibed in us so deeply that I believe my creativity, imagination, curiosity to know more and ability to think outside the box developed through them. Ajji taught us all this through her stories.

She lived for over 90 years, and I remember her very fondly. In the 1920s, she completed her matriculation and teacher training in English medium—which was quite rare in that era.

My dad was born when she was in her forties, so by the time I was born, she was already in her seventies. I may have known her only in the later years of her life, but the wisdom, imagination and values she passed on through her stories continue to live within me.❤️

Sometimes we look everywhere for the little push we need…
only to realise, some of it was within us all along. ☀️🤍

Keep going. Keep growing. Keep finding your light. 🌻

I wrote something for my son on his 18th birthday 🤗

This is the first time I’ve written something so personal in English, and its for my son which makes it even more special to me.
Today, I’m sharing just a small part of the letter I wrote for him.
Not just a birthday wish…
A Mother’s Promise! ❤️

ಹಾಗೆ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ 😀….

This is for my non Kannadiga friends, the meaning explained 🤗-Love isn’t always two perfect people finding each other. More often, it’s two imperfect people arriving with their own gojugalu (complications), accidentally adding to each other’s chaos, blaming one another for it… and still choosing to stay. Yet, we often give this beautiful chaos the name-Love (Preeti)❤️ ❤️✨

Somewhere between friendship and love…
we stop choosing… and start feeling.

If you’ve ever felt stuck between sneha and preeti…
this one is for you. 💔✨

Some friendships feel permanent…
like nothing in the world could change them.

But life doesn’t ask.
It brings love, new priorities, and quiet distances.

This story stayed with me…
maybe because it felt a little too real.
Poem is recited in part 2…
