Day 90 — BRYAN WITH A WHY: Day 90. Look into the camera. Introduce yourself to the world — fully, freely, without fear — as the man you have become in these 90 days. This is your moment. Take it.
—-
I’m Bryan with a Why. I am a product/project manager, coaching consultant by day. By night, well im in the pursuit of that.

The next order of business is to burn the midnight oil on some passion projects to continue preserving and sharing more stories while carving out my own lane in this social media game.

I am looking to interview business owners, entrepreneurs, creative artists or any healing human with a voice for that matter. Your story and journey is worth sharing also. I would love to hear about it. Together we can create a wave of positivity and possibilities the world is deprived of. I am ready to pick back up something i started 10 years ago. Because, Why Not.

There were many of you who checked on me through my 90 days and sincerely i thank you like my life depended on it because honestly it did. The life i was living wasnt one i wanted to live anymore and so i decided to change it. Anyone can do that too. You just gotta be willing to be deeply honest with yourself first. I’m more equipped to help navigate that with anyone in the world than i was 90 days ago. You know who you are. You are tagged (if taggable) so i will never forget.

I’d be lying if i said i wasn’t inspire by other people who did it before me. I emulated their program and created one for myself tailored to my own introspection and goals thru the same kinda exposure therapy challenge over the last 90 days.

🎬 “Tell us about the moment you knew...”
If only it were that simple.
The truth is, most people don’t do a yoga teacher training because they’ve always dreamed of teaching yoga.
They come because something inside them is asking for more.
More connection.
More confidence.
More purpose.
More understanding.
More community.
Some graduate and become incredible teachers. Others never teach a class, but they leave with a deeper relationship to themselves AND that’s just as meaningful.
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “Could this be for me?” I’d love to invite you to one of our free information sessions @northgateyogawell
✨ Wednesday, August 6 | 11:00 AM
✨ Monday, August 11 | 11:00 AM
Come meet the faculty, see the space, ask every question you have, and learn what our September immersion is all about. No pressure…just conversation and connection.
Sometimes all it takes is showing up to discover what’s possible 🤍 #ColoradoSpringsYoga #ColoradoSpringsSchoolOfYoga #YogaTeacherTraining #YogaTeacherTraining2026 #YogaTeacher #YogaCommunity #YogaEducation #TheHeartOfYoga #YogaLifestyle #MindfulLiving #YogaJourney #ImmersionExperience #NorthgateYogaWell #ComeHomeToYourself #BelieveInYourself

There is something special about this season.
Before a new teacher training begins, I find myself returning to the same rituals. Pulling my journal from the drawer, revisiting well-loved books, tending to the little corners of my home that help me slow down, and sipping coffee from a mug that quietly reminds me to believe in yourself.
This is where each YTT begins for me.
One of my favorite parts of our September 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is that it unfolds in two beautiful spaces. Half of our time is spent together at Northgate YogaWell, learning, practicing, and building community. The other half is held here, in my home studio. A smaller, more intimate space where conversations deepen, confidence grows, and lifelong friendships often begin.
We don’t just prepare a curriculum. We prepare a space where people can arrive exactly as they are and leave with a deeper understanding of themselves.
Whether your dream is to teach yoga or simply to deepen your own practice, this immersion is designed to meet you there.
If you’ve been wondering whether this could be your season, I’d love to share more with you and invite you to our Info session/Open House in August 🤍#ColoradoSpringsYoga #ColoradoSpringsSchoolOfYoga #YogaTeacherTraining #YogaTeacherTraining2026 #YogaTeacher #YogaCommunity #YogaEducation #TheHeartOfYoga #YogaLifestyle #MindfulLiving #YogaJourney #ImmersionExperience #NorthgateYogaWell #ComeHomeToYourself #BelieveInYourself

When you realize your final destination is the grave
You take the long way.
.
You smell the flowers.
.
Take the video.
.
Breathe the air.
.
Jump in the river.
.
Gaze at the moon.
.
There is only now. Do it while you can. ✨

The more women gather, the longer they live 🤍
There’s something powerful that happens when women come together —
we soften, we laugh louder, we feel seen, and somehow the weight we carry becomes lighter.

Connection isn’t just beautiful… it’s healing.
And maybe longevity isn’t only about wellness routines — maybe it’s about community.

This piece was wood burned and finished with a hand-painted dot border for that extra detail. I absolutely love working on custom projects like this and bringing someone’s vision to life.

Have an idea for a sign, hat, or wood burned piece? Reach out — I’d love to create something just for you. I’m always up for a new challenge!

2025 has been a crazy year for sure. This year I deep dove into my art. Started wood burning in December of 2024. I have learned and grown so much these past twelve months. I’ve said yes to projects that have scared me and came out on the other end more confident. I’m looking forward to 2026 and all the amazing things to come 🫶🏼🥳
