First day of impulse training. I wish I had had done “something” similar to my tendons when I was a bit younger. Perhaps I would not have ruptured my Hammie last year.
2x 25 impulse training day side and each direction.

Old rig and new rig. Trying to get this old rig back into shape. The last year hasn’t been ideal with setbacks from surgery and subsequent complications however getting on the saddle on my new rig has helped me dramatically

Maybe a few bike races could be in the pipeline

Mum + Dad Strength: ITS A REAL THING 🤝🏼

Because having multiple kids doesn’t mean your fitness goals go out the window…

It just means your training has to fit into real life, most importantly helping you to not turn bat shit crazy 😂

We’re both not here spending hours in the gym.
Not punishing ourselves for missing a session.
No “starting again Monday.”

Just showing up when we can, even if that means a quick ten min party pump or lifting some heavy shit for fun + getting sweaty and getting stronger while life is happening around us.

Because at this point in our lives we’re not training to be the fittest person in the gym…

We’re training to keep up with all our kids. 💪🏼😂 and to show them that you can do hard things even when you don’t feel like it. 🩷

Who doesn’t love a quickie between jobs!

For those wondering what programming I follow. I work with @bigbadbobbydee from @rawstrengthandconditioning

No fussy bullshit when it comes to these sessions, they are short and sharp which means maximising the time I have in the gym whilst running a business.

Massive shout out and congratulations to @aldo.enrique.n for completing his debut triathlon this past weekend!

Have been coaching Aldo chasing some strength, power, fitness and aesthetics goals and he decided to combine it all together for his first tri. Not only did he do pretty damn well he completed it on pretty much a steel framed bike with flat pedals and I bet it had lever gears- maybe even single speed lol……. Only thing worse would have been a mountain bike with non lock out suspension!

Great effort and super proud!
