Having some Yoga fun with Girl Scouts Troop 4866 @downtoearthastoria and @siembratoday. Thanks for having me be part of your wellness badge experience. 💐👧🏻

We started the class opening with Om and one thing we are grateful for. Then, the giggles started as we warmed with Sun Salutations and transformed from a Mountain ⛰️ to a tree 🌲 to a toppling tree and hummingbird to a chair 🪑 to a frog 🐸 a lion 🦁 and the most important our loving selves 💖

Grateful to have shared the afternoon in a blissful playful practice. 🪷

Hatha Raja Yoga from start to finish. 🕉️

Hatha yoga’s (physical practices of yoga) gift is that bliss is found within. You can find bliss within from the asana practice. 😊

✨ Remember āsana is a comfortable and steady pose.

This bliss happens because the body and mind are concentrated on the same point, flowing towards the sameness. Let your body do the work and your mind enjoy it. 😌🙏🏻

@soundofomyoga

Thank you to all who come and share the practice. 💐
