POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

3 whirlwind days back in Brooklyn 😅

I’m directing and devising a teen drag musical in Vermont right now at @n.e.y.t. and popped back into Brooklyn for some epic gigs and to kiss my wife.

Sunday: Drag workshop for a non-gender specific scout troop, the Radical Monarchs, to get their PRIDE BADGE 😍, and MCing a gender expansive youth art show @transartfest.

Monday: A magical reunion of 5 years of drag class at @baxarts that I didn’t have to host or produce! And I even got a lil roasted 🤣

Tuesday: Performing at @bkartscouncil Brooklyn Arts Awards for absolutely iconic Brooklyn artists.

I’m sure I don’t want to fit this much into 3 days ever again, but I’m also sure that Brooklyn is a blessing. Thank you to everyone who makes my life there so queer 🥹

Even I, Outta Syte—first of her name, Queen of the throwback, slayer of disco beats and jive men—need to remind myself of the joy I offer to others and, very importantly, myself.

Thank you @thatryanoverthere for offering a space to process some of that this past summer. And shoutout to the other outta sight performers that created a fantastic night.

And thank you @misshoney.nyc for taking some snapshots!

Things are getting scary out there 👻🖤

That’s why we’re throwing a show full of drag, dance, drama, danger, DUMPLINGS (if you bring them), and deep queer joy.

✨ We’re Still Here: Even Though Halloween Was a Week Ago
🎭 Hosted by @thatryanoverthere
📍 Sunday, Nov 5th – 8pm sharp
📍 The Vino Theater, 274 Morgan Ave, Suite 201, Brooklyn
🎟️ FREE TIX REQUIRED — link in bio to grab yours now!

Expect sexy. Expect spooky. Expect sincerity. Expect queer art that stares back at the world and says: we’re still here, bitch.

💖 Outside food & drinks are totally welcome — times are tough, so if you wanna bring a burrito or a beverage, we get it. You’re valid.

Come for the chaos. Stay for the catharsis. Support queer art before they come for all of us.

Tickets are free, but tip these gorgeous people! 💸
