If you think it happens overnight, you’re looking at it the wrong way. It might take months, it might take years, but the work always adds up.

Almost a year after his ACL injury, seeing Ray back in great shape, moving freely, playing with confidence, and most importantly enjoying the game again means a lot.

We’ve been working together for two years, and I’m proud of his resilient mindset and the way he kept showing up. I know how much it takes to get back to this point.

Finals didn’t end the way we wanted, but this journey taught me everything.
