They done gave my baby the little uniform photoshoot this week 😍 I know he won’t be a fan of the song 😂😂 but if you’ve spent any time around football Zay, then you know it rings true! He makes us more proud as he gets older 💙

Jasiah scored his team’s first touchdown in their game today, which happened to be their 8th grade recognition game. I think Zay is an undercover Mama’s boy…..but @snackzdachamp doesn’t even try to hide it 🥹 I was not expecting his gesture, but it def made me tear up 😭😂 We def had to get a family picture in because this was the only game Zay will be able to make all season. I know it meant a lot to Jasiah when he saw his brother walk into the stadium just as he scored. I also can’t believe how big the kids are now, even the babies 😍

About one week before Jamboree, Jasiah got an avulsion fracture in his index finger & catching was out of the question so he missed the first three two games of the season. His first game back he started & has 3 REC, 1 TD (and one that was called back). He was so excited to be back on the field with his team and I was so proud to see him pick back up right where he left off last season. So proud of him!

#LP because life has been nonstop for the last four weeks Annual camping trip, and our first one without our teenage/YN entourage & to be honest we missed their presence more than I expected. I know it’s part of them growing up, but we missed them still. Despite A’leiah & her BS 😑🤦🏽‍♀️ IFYKYK we had a good time & are looking forward to another trip in November. It poured the first day/night & we ended up sleeping in the back of our Tahoe, but the weather was amazing after that! Ekiah was in Heaven (as long as he could change his clothes whenever something got on them & wash his hands), A’leiah needs to get her life together in the next few months 💀💀

@raymond_f_ene & I have spent the last 13 years watching @hurricane_zay5_ sacrifice & dedicate himself to football. COUNTLESS hours spent with @gamefitsac & @carloswilsonsr working on the details. YEARS of film & necessary discussions with Dad. I remember the days we used to pray for this to come. It was all worth it! What a blessing to be able to see him experience playing at the college level 🙏🏽 First college game ever on Saturday. Proud is an understatement 🥹

🥹🥹🥹 I can count on one hand the number of times we said No when our kids have asked for their friends to be over. And even then, their cousins are exempt. The way we miss overhearing their ridiculous arguments, laughter, wrestling; coming downstairs and barely able to walk through the hall because there are so many shoes that don’t live here, the random grocery trips so we make sure we make enough dinner/breakfast or they have enough snacks to survive the night or them snitching on each other the next morning 😂😂😂 I hope they always remember the door is open whenever they need it to be.

Never enough pictures/videos & always missing a ton of the moments, but a little recap of our long weekend (I wish The weekends never ended) Spent a few hours at a pool and had a quiet 4th with the little kids while our big kids went to hang with some family friends. I hated not being together, but one thing I don’t want is for my diagnosis to prevent them from enjoying their summer/life 😂 Having to go for treatment every day and what feels like a million appointments over the last few months ruined any plans I had hoped to have for this summer. But it def makes me appreciate the little things we are still able to do with our kids and family. Always so thankful!

Happy Father’s Day to my favorite person! The last two years have been incredibly difficult for me - in countless ways that only he knows the depths to which I’ve struggled. He has stepped up & in without hesitation and supported our family (and mostly me) in ways I’ll never be able to fully explain. I wouldn’t have made it without @raymond_f_ene He has walked by me when I felt like a stranger to myself - not recognizing the person I was in the moment - while I tried to learn how to navigate the events we were living through. He continues to lead our family with patience, unwavering strength & stability, selflessness…but most importantly love. He is a living, breathing example of the type of husband/father/person I hope our sons become and that our daughter finds. They see it everyday. Not perfection, but effort to be better for us (and himself) everyday in the things that really matter when it’s all said and done. My kids having him as their dad is the most special part of our family & I hope he never feels like anything less. Happy Father’s Day boo. Thank you for being you 🤎
