Learning to pose and I am very much a beginner 😅
It's not pretty, but it's a start. Nobody begins polished, and the wobbly, awkward reps are part of it.
I'm choosing to show up for them anyway.

Ep 3. Of my gym diaries 🎥

I've officially entered phase 1 of my bodybuilding journey 💪

My reset week wasn't perfect and I ran into a few issues along the way, but that's part of the process and I'm not letting it slow me down.

The best part so far is that my calories are up slightly, and I'm loving it. More food, more energy and a lot more to work with in training 🎀

It's a good reminder that progress doesn't need to be dramatic. It's small adjustments, done consistently, that build something solid over time.

Now the real work begins. I'll be documenting all of it here, so follow along ✨️

Ep 2 of my gym diaries 🎥

This week's a bit of a breather. I just wrapped a deficit (down over 10.5kg since January 👀) so @rb_pt_ has me easing off a little before we lock in the next phase.

Sounds nice in theory, but if you know me, you know I do NOT do well without structure. I'm already itching to get back into a routine and lock back in for the next stretch.

Bit of a weird one, but that's the reality of the process, it's not always the "on" weeks that are hardest.

Follow along as I figure out this in-between phase before we build toward comp prep 👇

Ep 1 of my gym diaries 🎥

This week was a big one! 💪

Lots of decisions to make, and I finally sat down with my PT to actually put a goal on paper instead of just thinking about it.
We talked through what "bikini ready" actually looks like for me and built a plan around it.

If you've been wanting to document your own journey or just need a reason to stay consistent, follow along!

I'll be sharing the wins, the hard days, and everything in between ✨️
