🏉 Let’s give polio a final push! Join us as we KICK POLIO OUT! ⚽ Rotary has worked to end polio for more than 45 years, and a polio-free world is closer than ever. Thanks to Rotary and its partners, polio cases worldwide are down by 99.9 percent. But polio remains endemic in Pakistan and Afghanistan, so every voice, every vaccine and every child counts. This World Polio Day, the Rotary Club of Karachi Sunset Millennium invites you to a football match between school children, highlighting our theme “Kick Polio Out”. We will also recognise the front line workers who protect our children from polio all year round. 📅 Saturday, 24th October 2026 ⏰ 10:00 am to 11:30 am 📍 Kara Bhai School, Lyari, Karachi 🎖️ Chief Guest: Shahzad Sabir, District Governor 3271 With thanks to our partners: HOL Foundation, Karachi United and Shahi. #EndPolio #EndPolioNow #KickPolioOut #WorldPolioDay #Rotary #RotaryDistrict3271 #PolioFreePakistan #CreateLastingImpact #Karachi

🌸 Let’s Fight Period Poverty! HOL Foundation extends heartfelt thanks to Alayna from Karachi Grammar School for conducting an informative session with our students on menstrual hygiene and raising awareness about period poverty. As part of this initiative, Alayna installed sanitary pad banks in our girls’ and staff washrooms, ensuring easy access to these essential products whenever needed. We are very thankful to Salitex and Rotary Club of Karachi Sunset Millennium for connecting us and making this possible. At HOL Foundation, we believe that no girl should have to miss school or compromise her dignity due to a lack of access to menstrual hygiene products. Together, let’s break the stigma, spread awareness, and fight period poverty! 💗

Breaking taboos and building a measurable, sustainable impact!! This Saturday, allbyalayna is taking a huge step forward in the fight against period poverty. We are so honored to collaborate with the Rotary Club of Karachi Sunset Millennium and Santex (manufacturers of Butterfly Sanitary Napkins) to install a sanitary napkin dispenser and a supply of products from the funds I’ve collected at the HOL Karabhai Karimjee Government School in Lyari. With around 150 girls aged 10–16 attending the school, affordable access to period care isn’t just about hygiene—it’s about giving these young girls the confidence, dignity, normalising periods for them and freedom to keep learning without interruption. During the visit, I’ll also be speaking directly with the girls and mothers in the Lyari community about menstrual health, breaking the silence, and staying healthy in Urdu. A massive thank you to President Elect Saira Adnan and the Rotary Club of Karachi Sunset Millennium for championing this cause and bringing us into this incredible project, and to Santex for making access a reality. Together, we are showing our young girls that menstruation is natural and nothing to be ashamed of. Let’s keep fighting period poverty—one community, one conversation, and one school at a time.

Learning is best when it’s hands-on. 📏✨ At HOL Foundation’s Accelerated Learning Program, our students explored the world of measurement by measuring different objects around their school—turning classrooms and corridors into exciting learning spaces. For our 250+ out-of-school children, every lesson is a step towards rebuilding confidence, curiosity, and a brighter future through practical, joyful learning. We are deeply grateful to @rcksunsetmillennium for making this journey possible. Your support is helping children who once missed out on education discover the joy of learning—one measurement, one lesson, and one dream at a time. 💙 #HOLFoundation #AcceleratedLearningProgram #Lyari #EducationForAll #HandsOnLearning

Sunday morning started with a meaningful walk for a cause. 💚 Organised by RCK Pearl & @rcksunsetmillennium Today, 80+ of our students participated in the awareness walk, standing together to spread an important message: Together, We Can End Mouth Cancer. The walk highlighted the importance of prevention, early detection, regular check-ups, saying no to drugs, and choosing a tobacco-free life. Proud to see our students stepping forward—not just to learn, but to raise their voices for healthier communities. 💜 Be Aware. Get Checked. Stay Safe. Stay Alive. #WalkForACause #MouthCancerAwareness #SayNoToDrugs #TobaccoFree #EarlyDetection StudentLeadership @rotarypakistan @rotaryinternational @rotaryyoungleaders @rotarypakistan3271 @rotarydistrict3271

Every classroom we build is another chance for a child to learn, grow, and dream. With the generous support of Rotary Club of Karachi Sunset Millennium, we proudly inaugurated three Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) classrooms at Kara Bhai Karim Jee School, Lyari. Through these three classrooms alone, 100+ out-of-school children have been enrolled and are now receiving the opportunity to learn, rebuild their confidence, and shape a brighter future. The project also included the installation of chiller plants, providing clean, cold drinking water for our students and their parents. We are deeply grateful to Rotary Club of Karachi Sunset Millennium for believing in our mission and investing in the future of our children. Their continued support is creating lasting change in our community. Every partnership has the power to transform lives. Together, we can reach many more children who are still waiting for their chance to learn. 💙
