You’re a disgrace….
It’s been 5 years since my mom passed away. I went through a tough time full of regrets and anger. I wasn’t there when she passed, which spiraled into unhealthy depression and binge eating.
Appreciate people while they’re still here, one day they won’t. It’s no one’s fault but your own. Change is good, sometimes it’s too late. Best time to plant a tree was yesterday the next best time is now.
Big Thank you to my coach, and everyone who’s helped me along. Jake,Dan,Chris the owner Brian and rest of the jss members for all the words of encouragement. while on this 100 pound weight loss journey. Big thank you to the whole community of Atilis gym. The most accepting, helpful family, regardless of weight and skill.
