What a special evening spent celebrating home, culture, and creativity. We chose “Home” as a specific theme to celebrate Kubo—honoring their name, their cafe origins, and the warm, welcoming space they’ve opened for us all. To me, this event was a reminder we all need in an ever-changing world. It showed how creative expression can amplify voices in our everyday spaces, reminding us of what it is to be human and the true value of feeling. This was always more than just an exhibition; it was about bringing that vision to fruition. I am so honoured to represent Francesca, Ardy, and Louise Ann. Having them as our first collective for this residency at Kubo has been a privilege. Please, explore the space and engage with the artists. I hope you enjoy the art at Kubo Garden.
