It's swap reveal day! I've been doing #bookswapwithelk for years now and they are so much fun! I was in a three way ( 😉) with @vanessareadsandwrites and @readandwrite_jess One of these days we will all meet up in person!
Anyway, this is the lovely package I got from @readandwrite_jess I've been wanting to read this book forever and am so excited. And as you all know, I am a lover of mugs so I was pumped to add a few more to my collection!

They do swaps for Valentine's Day, Summer and Spooky season so certainly keep an eye out for their next one!

Book Recs (Fall Edition) 🍁🧡👻🍎🎃

Happy September 1st (first day of fall to all those who celebrate hehehe)!!!

We put together a collection of fall book recommendations to welcome in the new season 🥳

I want to say a massive thank you to my lovely friends for helping complete this post, your love and light in the process is shining so bright in bringing warmth to the community. I would greatly encourage everyone to check out their pages 🤩🫶🏻

My personal fall book recommendations would have to be Outlander by Diana Gabaldon (disclaimer is I haven’t read the books yet 🫠 but I rewatch the show - especially season 1 - every fall), The Book Jumper by Mechthild Gläser, and The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood!! A little Scottish highlands, storybook traveling fantasy, and back to school academia crossover event HAHAHA

Happy Friday☀️

Here is a sunset stack for your feed this morning! These are always so fun to make. If you havent yet, do it! Tagging some friends for the challenge.

I hope you are all having a good morning. I finished Off Campus in 1 day the other day and now I'm so stuck 😂 I actually really liked it even though they changed a lot. I love knowing I can still read the book if I want how it really goes down. I really loved the acting! And some scenes were absolutely ridiculous and some made me laugh out loud.

I am 50% in my Silver Elite re-read. Reading has been slow because I've been stubborn about listening to my fav parts on audio so I switch off. But I have also been so freaking busy prepping for baby and the daily life.

Anyways, QOTD.

✨️Do you prefer long chapters or short?

After all these years, I didnt have a preference but I have realized I enjoy a book more if the chapters are short.

Are there any book cover artist you follow?

Last month @camillataipalvesiauthor tagged me to post a pretty book cover and @alittlebrightcorner tagged me for a #ArtyBookCovers. This book was the first that came to mind for both (I had ordered it the same day as a coverbuy). I mean the dreamy artstyle? The colors? Don‘t tell me it hasn‘t the cutest summer vibes.

It feels a bit like cheating thou since it‘s not just pretty but also sounds amazing plotwise to me. An coming-of-age story with OCD representation in greece full of old ruins and heroic stories. Plus it‘s sapphic and she falls for HER TOUR GUIDE!!! I‘m sold.

Also I did look up the Illustrator Jeff Östberg right away so it really does qualifie as an insainly pretty cover.
