POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to spend the day exploring Main Street in Charles Town for Miss Willa’s Ever After!🖤📚

I got to visit some of the cutest small businesses, meet up with some of my favorite authors, and spend the day surrounded by books and bookish people. It was such a fun event!

I was only able to attend for one day, but I absolutely loved it and already know I need to go back and spend more time exploring!

And I definitely need to revisit @jennifer_l_armentrout store @miss.willasbookshop , when it’s not quite so busy. The store was absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail in every corner and SO many amazing books lining the shelves. I could have spent hours browsing!

✨Authors I got to see:
📖 @staceymariebrown
📖 @authorcaseybond
📖 @sheilareadsandwrites
📖 @authormaryting
📖 @amaliehoward
📖 @authorljandrews
📖 @geneva_monroe_author
📖 @melissa_k_roehrich
📖 @authormirandalyn

Thank you to everyone who made this event such a fun day! I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Charles Town. 🖤

This is your sign to grab your book besties and go to a book event together…specifically @apollycon

Oh @apollycon there are so many reasons I loved you, but if someone asked my favorite part it would be so easy to tell you that the people and friends that I met and hung out with during the week was absolutely my favorite part and nothing could top it!

First and foremost the other ApollyInfluencers are seriously all so wonderful, I could not have imagined getting to have this opportunity with a more incredible group of women and I am so grateful that @apollycon gave me the opportunity to meet them! I love that our group chat is still going strong and I can’t wait to see them in person again!

@booked_inohio needs a special shout out because last year at @apollycon was my first time meeting her, and when she found out that I didn’t have a room she offered to let me stay with her. @booked_inohio if I had to drive back and forth every day there is no way I would have had as an amazing time that I did, I loved getting to make content with you, chat about books, and get meals and prep for Apollycon with you!

Finally there are so many people that made my @apollycon so wonderful so I have to give quick shoutouts to all the amazing people I wasn’t able to get pictures with including: @keiyanni @thenotsoyoungadult @rebekahslibrary @duskboundnovels Please know if we interacted at all during the event whether it was 5 min or an hour you were the reason why I had such a wonderful time!

I am used to attending events solo but this one felt like I was constantly surrounded by friends and my favorite people and it would not have been as magical as it was without all of the people I got to spend time with!

✨️🖤 ડρꪮ𝕥ꪶⅈᧁꫝ𝕥 ડꪖ𝕥ꪊ𝕣ᦔꪖꪗ 🖤✨️

Though I would change things up today and spotlight some of the friends I have made through booksta. I might have to make this a regular thing as there are so many more accounts I love!

@keylinreads is truly one of the sweetest humans beings. She is always down for a buddy read, even if it takes us a year to finish the series.

@reesiecup08 I swear she never sleeps as she is always coming in with new content. Don't hesitate to slide into her DM's and chat books.

@novelnchill is one of the first friends I made on her. She's always coming in with the tea and we love her for it. She is also down to chat anime and video games

@dianas_booksta is one of the best!! Absolutely love you boo!! If you are looking for a book hoarder with all the pretty edges, she's your gal. I mean just check out her monthly unboxing.

@hardcovers.withhans is always so inviting and encouraging. She's always willing to give me feedback. She's also a fellow book hoarder and loves/reads several genres.

@reading_with_ash is always so kind. I love her reels and aesthetic. She's always hyping up fellow content creators and authors.

@aries.reads.too.much is perfect if you are looking for someone with unhinged comments and no filter. We became friends over my prop collection and no regrets.

@readbyroses is here for all your gothic needs. She loves to mix up her content between reels and static posts. She also has some amazing perfume recs.

@whatsalittlesmut is a huge advocate for black authors and also has the best monster romance recs. I always love chatting with her.

@bellinereads is the very first friends I made. She is my little ray of black. She is obsessed with mushrooms and I cant even tell you how many copies she owns of Fourth Wing. PS: Today is also her birthday

⁉️QOTD: Do you have any accounts I should check out? Do you like when people do spotlights so you can discover new accounts? I definitely plan on doing these more often.
