Buffalo, New York, you were TOTALLY NACHRAGEOUS! 🦬🧀🍁

What an incredible day yesterday showcasing my cookbook, @totallynachrageous, at Read It & Eat Bookshop in Buffalo, New York!

From reconnecting with old friends to making some awesome new ones, the entire experience was such a reminder of how food brings people together 🙌

We had so much fun talking nachos, sharing stories, signing cookbooks, and getting creative in the kitchen with Hot Honey Buffalo Cauliflower Nachos and Caitlin's Double Cheeseburger Nachos 🍔

A HUGE thank you to Kim Behzadi, owner of Read It & Eat Bookshop, and her wonderful team, especially Christine, for all the preparation, hospitality, and hard work that went into making this event such a success. And to everyone who came out to spend part of their Saturday with us, thank you! Your enthusiasm and support mean so much.

And of course, you can't visit Buffalo without trying some of the local favorites! Thanks to Brandon and everyone's recommendations at the event, we made a stop at Charlie the Butcher's for some delicious beef on weck! We also sampled sponge candy and picked up pizza logs at Wegmans, which we still have yet to make! 🍕

And a very special thank you to my travel companions Alicia and AA-Ron for joining me on this beautiful fall road trip. The foliage along the way and orange sky was amazing, making the journey just as memorable as the destination. 🍂

An unforgettable day, awesome people, delicious food, and another successful stop on the Totally Nachrageous book tour ✅️

Feeling especially grateful for yesterday. Buffalo, thank you for the memories! ❤️

BUFFALO, NY📍Had a whirlwind 24 hours in Buffalo over the weekend for a Small-Batch Breads tour event hosted by culinary bookstore @readitandeatbuf at @shopshegathers. I had never been to Buffalo before and had zero idea what to expect but we had amazing food everywhere we went and truly everyone we met was SO friendly. We kept passing other places we wanted to stop and check out but didn’t have time, I would absolutely go back and visit again.

When Kim, Owner of @readitandeatbuf told me about her NEW SHOP COMING TO WILLIAMSVILLE, I was PUMPED. I was even more flabbergasted when she asked me to create pieces in celebration of her new flagship. I can’t believe I have the honor and priveledge of designing exclusive postcards and prints of her new, beloved storefront.
This was a loose depiction of the upcoming storefront. One fun detail on the illustration is the words “read it’s and eat” and “books” - it’s very hard to see in the trees!

These postcards feature her branding colors, which I beyond adore. My favorite is the green. They look great in a frame. I’m also a BIG fan of the 5”x7” prints she opted in for. They have literally the most sturdy paper, with a beautiful core blue.

I’m so incredibly thankful for Kim trusting me with the vision.
