📚PEOPLE ON THE SPINE CHALLENGE📚

I was tagged in this one by my friend @megans.reading.room and I decided to go through and choose books from my TBR. I was surprised by how many I have! I'll have to do another post with books from my "already read" shelf.

I'm going to tag some friends to do this one, but no pressure of course. 🥰 And if you see it and want to do it, consider yourself tagged!

Should I prioritize any of these? I'm currently reading and loving Gabriela and His Grace, which I will should finish up today.

🩷QOTD: Any weekend plans? I can't believe it's Friday already, I thought all day yesterday that it was Wednesday 🫣 We have a really busy day tomorrow, with two different kid events.

Friends Don’t Kiss by Bella Rivers #bookreview

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)
Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️ (3/5)

Read if you like:
- Friends to lovers
- Small town romance
- Spice

Big thanks to @aftermidnightpr and @bellariversauthor for the ARC!

Okay, I had so much fun with this book! Right from the start, Colton and Kiara gave me major Lorelai and Luke vibes, and I was so here for it. The small town setting added the perfect cozy charm, and I loved every single side character that made the world feel alive🤍

Kiara completely won me over! She was relatable, driven, and had such a strong presence on the page. And Colton? Ugh, total sweetheart. Their slow-burn chemistry was everything. I couldn’t stop smiling, and there were moments that genuinely made me squeal out loud. You could feel the tension building, and when things finally started shifting, it was so satisfying!😍

What really pulled me in was how selfless Colton was. He supported Kiara with his whole heart, even when it meant possibly losing her. It was tender, emotional, and just so full of heart. Their dynamic had the perfect mix of flirty banter, emotional depth, and those quiet, swoony moments that sneak up on you🤭🤍

The family drama brought an extra layer of chaos that I didn’t expect, but I loved it. It added just enough drama to keep things juicy without overwhelming the romance. I was hooked!

If you’re into small town vibes, friends-to-lovers tension, and sweet, supportive book boyfriends, Friends Don’t Kiss is such a fun, feel-good read!✨

Q: Do you love small town romances? What’s your favorite small town romance book?😍

Okay WOW!! Ali Hazelwood truly has the key to my heart & soul! An age gap romance was exactly what I needed to kick off the summer!!! I am ready to book a one way flight to Sicily after this one!
The way that the banter is written was so dreamy and beautiful & I LOVE that Maya fought for what she wanted so consistently with Conor! Jen was NOT alone in wanting these two!

AUTO-BUY AUTHOR ALERT!!! Ali Hazelwood is my absolute favorite author! I will always snap up any of her phenomenal works & be there to support her!!!
I have been looking forward to this book since it was announced! Maya and Harkness’ chemistry was absolutely PALPABLE in Not in Love, but you place them in ITALY??? What I wouldn’t give to go back!!
