Happy Sunday, everyone!
How’s your weekend going?

Let’s step into this week with intention and high energy. Today could be the day you decide to make that move—the one decision that shifts everything forward.

If that move includes prioritizing your wellness, think of PIT Fitness. Our facility is more than a gym—we’re home to a collective of dedicated, independently owned fitness and wellness businesses. Each professional here brings their own expertise, passion, and commitment to helping you grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.

When you walk into PIT, you’re not just supporting your goals—you’re supporting local entrepreneurs who are deeply invested in this community and in your success.

Summer is about 8 weeks away. If you’re ready to get to work, we’re ready for you.

We’re here. Let’s go!

Wishing you all a strong and productive week ahead.

To Wellness,
💪🏽 Ana

This birthday weekend wasn’t about turning up, it was about turning inward.

This year has been a lot… change, uncertainty, and a whole lot of letting go. So instead of pouring from an empty cup, I decided to take a damn break.

I wrapped up a contract Friday evening, got in the car, and hit the road ✌🏾

Close enough to avoid travel stress, but far enough to disconnect from the noise. I had other plans that required me to show up for others, but I chose to show up for ME instead.

I needed peace. I needed stillness. I needed space to just be. Not the mom, not the business owner, not the employee, not the fixer of all things, just me.

This weekend was about rest, healing, self-love, and remembering that I’m allowed to choose myself without guilt. Because growth isn’t always about hustling harder, sometimes it’s about slowing all the way down.

Here’s to choosing peace over pressure and me over everything else.

Thank you Laquanya Lee @readycounseling for an amazing weekend to focus on our (6 other high-achieving women) internal empowerment. 🫶🏿

🎙️ IG LIVE: The Others – A Taboo Conversation on Grief

Grief isn’t always acknowledged the same way for everyone. When loss happens, who gets to grieve deeply? Who is expected to be strong? And what happens to “The Others”—those whose pain is often overlooked?

Join us for a powerful conversation with Lisa Good, Founder of Urban Grief & Laquanya Haggray, Founder of Ready Counseling, as we explore the unspoken layers of loss.

🗓 Friday at 3 PM EST
📍 Instagram Live @urbangrief @readycounseling

🔹 When you’re not the biological mom, do people assume you don’t feel the pain deeply?
🔹 As a father, is your grief minimized because you didn’t give birth?
🔹 Are you carrying silent grief because others don’t acknowledge your pain?

This is a conversation we don’t have often—but we should. 💔 Let’s break the silence, redefine how we honor loss, and introduce a new resource to support your healing journey.

💬 Tag a friend who needs this. Set a reminder. You are not alone. ❤️
