Gentle reminder kindness is 🆓. Every morning I see this man it does something to my heart. I woke up late this morning & was still able to do something nice for someone & made it to work ontime 🥹. God is amazing. Happy Friday ❤️. I’m going to get his coffee order right next time 🥰. #richauntie🇹🇿🧎🏾‍♀️‍➡️ Have you tried @mcdonalds oatmeal?

When was your last Pap smear? Ladies don’t skip this part of being a woman 🤞🏿. So many things can happen in a year? Men are not getting check for HPV & that can cause pre cancerous cells in both woman and men’s 👄 apparently 😳! Don’t skip this step it could end with you needing a complete hysterectomy. Thank you @snooki for sharing your story. As someone who also hated going to the gyn I make it a priority. I also discussed PREP with my Dr. because you can’t trust these men out here they’re too “Quiet on the Creek” 👀 #prepinfo #papsmearawareness #cervicalcancerawareness🎗 #richauntie🇹🇿🧎🏾‍♀️‍➡️ #hysterectomyawareness

Delicious @ghugheszerosugar Protein is key 🔑. I’ve been eating 150g of protein for the last 6 months consistently. That combined with walking daily & working out has grown my glutes 🤭 I’m 4 weeks into my 5 week “Shape Up” plan ands this sauce is a great addition. I found this at @weismarkets #highproteinbowl #richauntie🇹🇿🧎🏾‍♀️‍➡️
