I have dreamed of building community for mums around photography for years. It took me a while to figure out that the best way to make it happen is to simply start. Together with my beautiful friend Kirstie from @wanderandsolasphoto we finally made it happen. I feel so grateful to have spend a morning with such strong, stunning women. Our mums photo club was an absolute dream and I can’t wait to watch this community grow and thrive ✨🫶🏻

Slow days at home, where all the best memories are made 🌻

The wind has always had an energy that make me feel flighty, chaotic, irritated and unsettled when I’m out in it.
Not an enjoyable feeling at all.

My mood based on whether it’s windy or not.

A friend said to me yesterday that she loves the wind!??? Excuse me what? How? Please elaborate!

She told me, her grandmother told her - the wind is here to “ruffle the feather, blow out the cobwebs!” So grab a big coat, go out in the wind and open it up! Fee the wind rising around, stiring everything up and blowing everything out that you no longer need.
When the wind settles, or you comeback inside - you can feel the shift in energy, the lighter baggage you carry, the things let go of that you no longer need!

Calmer.
More grounded.
Clearer.
Lighter.

So while my energy is still greatly affected by the wind - this is a whole new positive perspective to embrace it!

Join Us for "Birth Stories at Heart and Soul of Wellness"
For the mamas with babies who couldn't come out in the evening to the big stage production, this event is for you. It will be more of an unscripted open mic event, but there will still be a run sheet and a suggested time wrap-up for each story. The suggested donation is $20, and we will provide Chai and afternoon tea. All proceeds go to funding the Birth Wellness Festival in September. Look forward to seeing you there ❤️

❤This is an afternoon for the mamas who were unable to come out at night or for those who couldn't make it.
❤ Following Birth Stories on Stage, so many women have reached out to share their stories. We will host these gatherings once a month, less rehearsed—but just as deeply moving. In our first Birth Story circle, eleven storytellers will share their experiences of birth in a supportive, healing space.
❤ Come and listen and share.

Sadly @kingycollective is closings it’s doors soon as this beautiful iconic building is booked for demolition 😢

There’s only a couple of weeks to see this beautiful collective of local artisans.

I’ve absolutely loved being a part of this collection and working with these beautiful humans! Thankyou for creating this space for sustainable slow art and mindfully made creations. The world needs more of it 🫶🫶

It’s been an absolute joy sharing our little ethical retail store with the Kingy community and beyond!
