Enjoy all the fun, the food, and the memories—but don’t forget to make time to move your body, too! A workout is the perfect way to kick off your day before heading out to enjoy everything this amazing week has to offer.

🌡️ With the summer heat, make hydration a priority. Bring your water bottle, drink plenty throughout the day, and take care of yourself!

👯‍♀️ Have family or friends in town? Bring them along! We’d love to welcome them to EVO for a workout and show them what our community is all about.

⚠️ One important reminder: Please sign up for classes in advance! Cherry Festival week gets busy, and reserving your spot helps us plan accordingly and ensures you don’t miss out.

This crew showed up on a Friday night and absolutely crushed the Shred Competition! 💪🔥
It took teamwork, grit, strength, endurance, and dedication to finish this challenge, and every single one of you rose to the occasion. We couldn't be more proud of what you accomplished. These last six months. So much loss. So much life. In some ways I feel an even greater sadness with loved ones lost and I also feel overwhelming joy in knowing that bits of them are in our boys. I’m so grateful for these precious days. I’m reminded how fast they go. Our 2 1/2 year old became a big kid overnight and nearly a month has already gone by since the boys were born. Holding tight to these days
