Today's class had one focus. The back body 💪🏼

Every pose chosen for one thing, posterior chain strength. Upper back, glutes, hamstrings, spinal extensors. The stuff that keeps your posture upright, balanced, and resilient off the mat too.

I really enjoyed teaching this flow and it reminded me why I love bringing Physio and Yoga together

I wonder if you are beginning to feel the shift as we near the end of August? Will September bring a change of pace, new routines? How is your energy as we approach this threshold between seasons?

A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey supports your mind to quieten, by bringing your full awareness to your breath, you deepen your connection to yourself in this present moment.
No longer braced for the future, or longing for the weeks past; but grounded and present.

Join us this Friday evening in Budleigh for a spacious two-hours of guided Breathwork.
A gentle and inclusive space to leave your responsibilities to others outside and step into time devoted to you.

Find all the details and booking in my bio.

Still feeling incredibly grateful after our Nurture Your Soul, Nourish Your Skin this afternoon.

Thank you to the woman who joined us, trusted us with their afternoon and allowed themselves to slow down, relax and receive.

And thank you for the beautiful words you've sent us afterwards.
“Thank you, it was lovely.”
“Many thanks to you both, it was lovely.”
“Thank you for a lovely relaxing afternoon ✨ I really enjoyed it, so thank you both. You have to organise a retreat! xx”

That last one may have planted a little seed... 🌱

And while we're talking about seeds...

I absolutely loved being at Red Bay Pilates, right in the heart of Budleigh Salterton High Street, and I'm already thinking about what could happen next.

I'm considering trialling one of my monthly Women's Crystal Circle there.

A regular gathering to step away from the noise of everyday life, to slow down, to reconnect & to receive crystal healing. An opportunity to spend time with other women & most importantly, to give yourself permission to have some time that's just for you.

So I'd love to know...
Would you be interested in joining me for a monthly Women's Crystal Circle in Budleigh?

If you'd like me to keep you in the loop, please let me know ... no commitment, no booking yet. I'm simply seeing whether there's enough interest to create something really special.
