Ryan st Pierre and Justin Matusiak were supposed to put on the through the lock class this year at the upcoming @ancientcityfire conference but suffered some pretty serious damage to their homes during the recent hurricane, and had to drop from the event. We will be stepping in to keep the class going and are hoping we will do it justice! Keep those guys in your thoughts as they navigate getting their homes and families taken of during this time. If you get a chance next month swing on by and see what we have going on with our respectful entry class! #yourlocksdontwork #respectfulentry #throughthelock #forcibleentry #firefighter

⚡️Force Multiplier’s⚡️

There are shortages in every firehouse across the nation. Consequently, the standards are dropping to get asses in seats.

It is up to us to become the force multiplier. A force multiplier brings others up around them by keeping the standard high and leading by example.

Force multipliers get the job done in the grittiest of conditions, with a smile on their faces.

They don’t complain & they are humble servants.

If you are unhappy with the culture at your firehouse, it’s up to you to change it.

Mentor those under you also to become force multipliers to spread the culture you are creating

Until Death All Defeat Is Psychological🏴‍☠️

The only true defeat comes when you stop fighting.
Every setback, every failure, every mistake it only beats you if you accept it.

Pain? Temporary.
Fatigue? Temporary.
Failure? Temporary.

But quitting? That’s a choice.

If you’re still breathing, you still have another rep, another step, another chance to push forward.
Defeat only exists in the mind. Refuse to give it space there.
