When the witches come out to play 🧙‍♀️🧹

It’s always a good feeling when a creative planned shoot goes as planned. Thank you to all the witches that participated and those that stopped by to help shoot and also bring props!

Just here for a good time! Built up to a fun triple. Maybe kick up the weight 1 more week and then start to doing some volume work!

It’s important to deadlift at least at the minimum every 6 months 🤣 like riding a bike man this felt great! 585x3
.
Going to start adding deadlifts back into my life every other week because it just feels so damn good!

New chapter in life is here and has been here.

BUT DONT THINK POWERLIFTING IS DONE JUST YET!! All it’s going to take is Lauren one day waking up saying “hey do you think you can?” I’ll have that flannel on faster than you guys speed bench!

Breaks are good and from my experience acknowledging those breaks when it’s needed is the best thing for you in the present and future!

Still Chef Strong!

Reality is, life isn’t perfect. There will be times when you’re SOL.

Find something that’s yours. Something nobody can take away. Something that keeps you grounded when life throws you a curveball.

For me, that was the gym and powerlifting.

June 🏝️
Life slowed down just a little. Early mornings are normal around here because the kids don’t understand the concept of sleeping in 🙃we’ve spent lots of time outside at parks, pools, splash pads and in the backyard. We stopped by my sisters work where the kids have their own fan club. The babies have continued to show lots of love to one another and no one will quite understand how that makes my mom heart feel ❤️
Scout has picked up golf and Levi is obsessed as well.
At the end of the month, we spent a week in CA at my dad’s and celebrated his birthday with the WHOLE family, which was so special.
With as many of us as there are and how we’ve spread out across the country, it was a rare time for us to all be together again.
The trip involved family pictures, a train day, pool day, beach day and even a Disneyland day. And lots of yummy food lol
The kids had constant attention and were spoiled out of their minds. Levi still brings up random things that happened during the trip 😂 boy does he love his family
Feeling so blessed with the fun and love we experienced this month
