Our 2021 executive retreat ⚡️ we work SO hard so every year I try to organize something that gets us OUT of our comfort zone in a way that will also bring us play and growth.⚡️

This year I brought in an incredible facilitator @reedwasser of the Wim Hoff Method. If you haven’t heard of it, his philosophy is that through breath work, ice baths, and the right mindset you can heal/free your body and mind from just about anything ✌️ WOW what an experience I am so proud of my leaders at @healthade —— EVERY ONE DID THIS!!! No matter their age, ailments, size or experiences. Everyone played today. Love this team more than I can say!!!!!!!
Thank you for your guidance @reedwasser your help organizing it all @courtleighyoung and for your amazing method @iceman_hof #wimhofmethod 🥶 🧊 ❄️
