CLASS of 2029 CONNOR REAGAN CITY ROCKS Connor's pace and IQ have helped to lead the control of his unit's games. This has aided the overall team's growth including his own. Already known as a highly efficient shooter his defense has strengthened this season contributing to 2-way play. Connor directed his team through offensive sets consistently opening up scoring for all. While keeping the defense honest he can score closer to the basket when chased off the 3 point line. Reagan currently attends Pittsford Mendon HS. For the extended version of this video and others follow our IG page or YouTube link in our profile.

CITY ROCKS HOPE 15U REAGAN Some clips from Reagan's team this season. They're ready for a final push towards Spooky Nook. With a primary focus on trust their continuity has grown. Team ball for them has allowed player 1 through 10 to share responsibility. This ultimately improved their individual game preparing them for when the ball moves their way. #cityrocks #aau #aaubasketball #bball🏀

Mic’d up during movement prep with our athletes. We’re not wasting time. We’re getting their bodies ready to perform—every drill has a purpose. Spider-Man lunge to open the hips. Quad stretch to forward lunge to prep the knees. Third world squat to improve control and positioning. This is how we reduce injuries, improve mobility, and prime the nervous system for explosive work. Skip this and you’re skipping results. #movementprep #sportsperformance #fitstrengthperformance #athleticdevelopment #basketballtraining #volleyballtraining #injuryprevention #warmupthatworks #jointhealth #mobilitytraining #fairportfitness #explosivetraining

Thank you to everyone in the City Rocks Hope Community for supporting our first ever Shoot A Thon - it was a great success! Your donations help kids in a variety of ways - travel, meals, gym space, tournament fees, etc. We are 100% volunteers and all of the proceeds we raise go right to kids that need assistance. We will keep the fundraiser open for another few days - link in bio. Big thanks to @visionsfcu for providing a financial literacy seminar to our student athletes and for being a great partner to @bballhope for over 5 years!
