I’m so happy to say that I’m 30 today! But what’s even better than saying I get to enjoy another year of life, is the fact that I get to share this experience AND this birthday with my wife, @reeka_fit !

Every year that passes is one more year of growing together, loving one another, and sharing new experiences as we continue to build our lives as a unit. 2020 is NOT an ideal year for anyone, obviously. It’s the universal test of everyone’s faith. But we made the conscious decision to make the best out of our lives despite everything that has been going on. At the end of it all, 2020 has become one of the best years that I’ve ever experienced with you.....and 2020 is not even over yet!

Thank you for another fantastic year, and thank you for giving me a reason to look forward to every year afterwards. Now let’s enjoy our 30th birthday! 🥳🥳🥂

Memorial Day weekend in Italy 🇮🇹

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to not only be part of a special occasion for an amazing bride and groom, but to also create my own special moments with my wife on our first European trip together! Opportunities like this are the ones that I will never take for granted. Seeing my wife on stage bringing her best physique and performance was one of the proudest moments I’ve ever had! It’s been 8 days since the show and I’m STILL in awe. Watching you put in the work, the extreme effort, the discipline, and supporting you from the sidelines, I can’t explain how impactful this was for me to be a witness to it all. All I can say during this “Wife Appreciation Moment”, is that I’m SO proud of you @reeka_tate and I’m so happy to be a support system and a witness to the greatness that you’ve shown! 🙌🏽❤️💪🏽

One of the best Medal Monday’s I’ve had. Still processing not only this weekend but this bodybuilding journey as a whole. 2 shows with two 2nd Placements and the word Proud isn’t even close to expressing how I feel. From Figure to now Physique, my future is so incredibly bright and it is only Year 2!!! All of the sacrifices to get to this point were so worth it and I thank each and every single person who has supported me through this process! Many more posts to come but for now I am basking in the glory of being The Genius and the beautiful people who shared this moment with me!! 🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈

Every year I say that you’ve made it to the “Big” age you are now, and this time it’s the “Big 31”. I say that because every year spent with you and celebrated with you gets better and better every time. What a weekend! I enjoyed my first Mother's Day thoroughly ☺️🥰...saw the man Quincy go off to prom 🤩 and my COUSIN got engaged 💍!!! What else could a gal ask for? A lil celebration of me and celebration with people I love dearly. ❤️ (I cut Ladarius mom off NO SHADE! IG wouldn't let me be great!! 😆😆)
