I’ve lived in Cumming Georgia for 9 years. In those 9 years i’ve finished elementary, middle, and high school. I’ve met my best friends at Vickery or Denmark, Browns Bridge church, and two of them I’ve shared a house with all my life. 9 years ago I remember thinking this moment would never come, that it was so far away. That’s not true anymore though, because now it’s this weekend. I was born in Boca and lived in Boynton Beach, Florida, and Dunwoody and Alpharetta too, but if I’m being honest none of those places are my home. The house I live in is here, the schools I’ve graduated from are here, the churches I’ve gone to are here, but most importantly the people I love with my whole heart are here. I could not be more thrilled for college!! I’m going to my dream school, and studying something I’m passionate about, but a peice of my heart will stay here. So I want to thank these people for not just the last 9 years, but for being my home. I love all of you!! 🩷

Insideout Daytona. The past 4 summers spent at Daytona have been some of the most moving and faith altering weeks of my life between finding what I’m searching for learning who god is. From being a Freshman trying to find confidence, a sophomore trying to learn who she is, a Junior trying to solidify her faith and a senior trying to pour out everything she has to God. The ocean center has held the bulk of my most favorite moments from Daytona. The way a single week changes thousands of people’s lives is one of the most moving parts of the trip. Seeing so many imperfect people worship such an amazing God, a boundless father and someone whose love we can’t even fathom to understand.
This past year has brought up a lot of difficult and different circumstances some hard others fairly simple. Spending this week searching for peace & knowing there is peace in our Heavenly Father. Knowing first hand that
God won’t always changes your circumstances but he’ll change you. Finally fully understanding that Gods love doesn’t change based on our actions. It’s not based on us. It stops with Jesus. And knowing the only way you will find true lasting significance is through Jesus.
Thank you InsideOut Daytona for the most powerful past 4 summers and can’t wait to see what the future holds for not only my small group but students as a whole.
