I suppose it's a little meta to post a photo of a photo, but it looked too good to pass up. Excited to see @missmargoprice for the first time tonight.

Sometimes, you know going into a show that it's the last time you'll ever see that band play, whether it a breakup or reunion or one-off. Other times, the future is just uncertain and you have to live in that moment as if it is the last. If last night was the last time I get to see the almighty @brmcofficial, I can take solace in knowing they brought everything they had and left it all on the stage. 2+ hours of rock n' roll magic to celebrate 20 years of #howl and my 48th year on this planet.

This fluffy lady may not have gotten a featured month in the @specialbunnyorg calendar, but you should buy one anyway. She's our calendar girl every month of the year.

Last night… I’m still at a loss for words.

Truth is, I wasn’t having the best week going in. But the second I put on that suit and walked into the room, everything shifted.

I was stopped all night both by members I’ve known for years and by people I’d barely met sharing how much SSP has changed their lives. Not in a casual way. In a real, heartfelt, make me cry kind of way.

At the end of the night, I sat reading the messages in the book people wrote and was honestly so overcome with emotion.

And talking about the nudge and support that @nicoletravis67 gave me to pursue this and the support she continues to give me as we chase bigger and better is incredible. I am so lucky to have a partner who believes in me 💯.

When I came into fitness, my mission was simple: impact lives. And that included both the people who worked for me and the members who walked through our doors.

Seeing people like @holter_samantha start as an intern and now absolutely crush it in a big, critical role for us is so amazing. And of course @natalieannfit who has been next to me and seen it all these past 4 years and who I could not be more thankful for. She has an endless belief in both me and the work we do at SSP every day, and she is such an important part of what we do.

Somewhere along the way, this thing grew way bigger than me. It belongs to every coach, every staff member, and every single person who shows up to train because those people care so deeply about what we do and how we do it.

Standing there last night, talking to a room full of people, knowing we have 850 members, are about to open our fourth location, and are still just scratching the surface…

It’s never been clearer: this is a f*cking mission.

And we’re going to take it as far as we possibly can. 🚀

42 🎉

I’ll be honest. I am crushing my 40s so far 😜 …and there’s still 8 more years left! 😂

Seriously though, it’s hard to think of a better time in my life where I feel like most everything is clicking, where I feel emotionally and physically great, and where I’m just grateful as f*ck to have people in my life I know I can always count on ❤️
