July: Building New Habits & Resetting 2026 ✨

Starting my gym membership in July was the reset and transformation I didn’t know I needed 🥹 I finally broke out of my daily “work work work” corporate grind and tried building a new and healthier routine.

From taking my very first Pilates, Yoga, and Aqua classes to learning machine workouts, July was full of new beginnings 🐣And it goes hand in hand with leveling up my tennis 🎾

A huge shoutout to @refining.form , without you dragging me along and calming my first-day nerves, I wouldn’t have taken that first step! Everyone needs a friend like her ❤️

So grateful for this month. Here’s to keeping the momentum going in August! 💪🏻🔥

Strength looks different on every woman.

Tonight wasn’t just about training, it was about meaningful conversations on strength, nutrition, recovery, and building sustainable habits.
The best part? Being surrounded by women who genuinely inspire, support, and celebrate one another✨
