BAILEN’s new album, SWIM!!! holds aspects of the band’s influences, dynamics, cultural heritage and ultimately their roots.

This is my favorite project by the 3 piece sibling band from New York. It was also a ton of fun to dive into the genesis of the record with them!

Full conversation is in my bio!

Solid Sound is a biennial music festival that takes place in between the mountains of North Adams, MA at the @massmoca.

My friends and I had the utmost delight of attending this year’s festival and finding out what made it so special for the people that continue to come back year after year. This is a recap of what we saw + experienced!!

A huge thank you to @solidsoundfest , @greenberggeo_ and @wilco for your hospitality and warm embrace! We all hear the word “community” quite a lot these days but you guys have truly created one filled with curious, art-appreciative people that were there to unplug, enjoy each other’s space and rock out to incredible music!

Finally.

THATS OKAY IS OUT NOW 💫

My music comes from a real place. I have a real story. I don’t do this just to be doing this. Im not out here just saying anything.

If you’ve ever had to push through pain, find your voice again, or stand tall when life tried to break you… this is for you. If you ever found yourself standing alone for a season when the people you always supported should’ve supported you.. but instead abandoned you.. this one is for you.

Go listen, stream it, share it, and let me know what it means to you.
