The veil thins, the sun warms, and the harvest begins!
Beltane marks the turning ~ into light ~ into life ~ into growth🌞🌳

The fire returns..
And the sun is rising in you too!

What are you harvesting as we step into summer?
Energy? Clarity? Creation?

We’ve been harvesting nourishment from the land…
What seeds are ready to bear fruit in your life?

Isn’t every day Earth Day?

Here we are tending to a living system of reciprocity.
A gift economy rooted in the generosity of nature.

What if the real economy was the gift beneath our feet?
What can we learn from a seed?
From a tree’s generosity?
From soil that feeds us without asking?

What are you planting—today, tomorrow, and generations to come?

Can you live in a way that leaves behind ripples of regeneration?

You must slow down to speed up
You must listen deeply to truly grow

We are questioning deeply here at Eden.
What does it really mean to live regenerative?
To embody Syntropy as a way of being?

It begins with listening.

To the land.
To your body.
And to your soul.

Winter textures ❄️🌈 🌵
featuring shots from Joshua Tree, Castle Crags, Mt Shasta Race Team, my Rad Camp kiddos & my beloveds.

Cheers to a heart opening winter of race coaching, ski goobin’, desert hopping, dream weaving, & for RAD camp welcoming me with open arms.
Thank you to my peoples who danced, laughed, dreamed and loved with me.

Here’s to the change of the seasons and to watering the visions seeds that I’ve sown.

Much love ❤️

I learned all about syntropic farming recently and had the best time planting trees, herbs and plants knowing that this will create a food forest for generations to come. what beauty there is in creation. so grateful to be a part of the process.

and if you don’t know what syntropic farming is- it is a “regenerative agroforestry approach that mimics natural forest ecosystems to create resilient, productive, and diverse food systems, emphasizing plant succession and maximizing photosynthesis”.

🪱🪴🌳 also I was trusted with a machete and that’s pretty wild. 👹
