Last couple of weeks haven’t really felted like me… I felt a little lost, disconnected from my mind and body; like I lost touch with my centre and I couldn’t find the way back. I was confused, overwhelmed and honestly in a pretty dark place. So I decided to press pause and give myself some space. I started 7 days Nervous System Reset by @regulated.human and slowly something begin to change… I began to come back to my body, my breath and a little more space in my mind day by day. The 7 day Reset reminded me that sometimes we don’t have to fix everything, we need to create enough stillness to hear ourselves again… Now, I’m feeling more grounded, more connected and most importantly, more like me again. So if you have been feeling disconnected from yourself lately, I genuinely recommend 7 day Nervous System Reset @regulated.human Because sometimes finding your way back simply starts with taking a few quiet minutes for yourself. From the bottom of my heart - thank you Elar 🤍 #rt1m #dailypractice #meditation
